Registration

Registration opens in April and is only possible via this website.
To register you have to accept the participation rules.

If your registration is successful the following message will be displayed:

Thank you for your registration.

You will receive an email from Mh2d confirming your registration. You should receive this email within 5 minutes upon completion of your registration. If after an hour you still haven’t received an email, there are two possibilities:
1.    The email may have been treated as junk mail: check your Junk/spam box.
2.    You may have entered the wrong email address and that’s why you haven’t received the confirmation email. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. including your name and address and we will confirm your registration.

We will never share the address list of Mh2d participants with thirds parties unless we are obliged to do so as stated on the Mh2d terms & conditions. The organisation will share your personal information with the police in case of  (suspicion of) misconduct.

Extra information

If you entered the wrong email address and didn’t let us know that you didn’t receive a confirmation email but still you paid the entry fee, then you can collect your registration form at the information desk during the weekend of the event.

You can collect your registration form at the start/finish location in Sint Geertruid on:
•    Friday 7 September between 19.00 and 21.00
•    Saturday 8 September between 7.30 and 11.00

For your information, your registration number is also stated on the bank transfer depreciation.

The registration is only considered to be valid once the full amount of the entry fee has been cashed or (for our participants coming from abroad) has been credited to our bank account.

•    Dutch participants can only pay the entry fee by issuing a one-time authorization for Mh2d to collect the amount due.
•    Participants coming from abroad are requested to transfer the amount from their bank account to the Mh2d’s bank account.

Once you’ve paid your entry fee there can be no refund if you decide to change your mind about turning up for the event. Please read the terms & conditions.

Changes in route distances

If you decide to change your route distance, you do NOT have to let us know in advance. On the day itself you can decide whether you want to cycle the shorter or longer route. It is NOT possible to change from Saturday to Sunday or vice versa.
